Bad billing and Service at Falls Lifestyle Estate

I wish i could leave a zero rating for these people. I ha e not had hot water since i moved in in May and sometines there is no water at all coming out of my taps. These people despite not helping me charge me in full and i pay in full and on time. They also send wrong statements which i have to query each time and they expect me to pay. The management of the Falls 1 lifestyle Estate do not even respond to your requests for help. They ignore you. This has been the worst renting experience
