Atkinson House - Refund For My Parking.

I moved out of Atkinson House the end of November 2019, since the flat was registered under my wife's name, i had to cancel my parking separately which was registered under my name.

I sent a notice of cancellation email on the 21st December 2019 which i got no response, I sent another email following up on the 6th Jan 2020 with the same cancellation form and went to their offices on the same and submitted the cancellation form. They told me it will be processed within a few days.

After a few weeks i called them twice only to be told that they are still processing my cancellation, I mean how long does the process take???

I call again today (24th February 2020) and the lady put me on hold for about 15 minutes while still checking only to tell me she will still investigate and get back to me.

I'm tired of waiting now, it's almost 2 months now waiting for my money. PLEASE GIVE ME MY REFUND!!!!!
