@Mpumelelo Student Accommodation under AFCHO

I am facing an issue with the AFCHO property management. I am living at one of their apartments that is NSFAS accredited ( Mpumelelo Livings).I am a first year student at University of Johannesburg, and i am being funded by NSFAS. I have served my one month notice on the 29th of March 2025 and I was supposed to leave on the 29of April, but they did not allow me to move out. My NSFAS has not paid for accommodation, and yesterday I went to student finance to enquire about this issue, and I was told that I have to wait the money will start reflecting soon. On the 29th of April, I went to POSA to tell them about this issue, I am facing, and they told me that what they are doing is not allowed according to the POSA rules, POSA even wrote email to them and they carried on saying I can't leave without paying. I want to leave here ASAP! Because coming back from school on the 2nd of March I almost got ****** and when I told the assistant manager he didn't seem to care. I attend very far from my accommodation, I come back at res very tired and am unable to study. Our complaints are not taken into consideration and yet they expect us to pay rent ,nsfas did mention that the stakeholder is not supposed to ask or want money from students but Mpumelelo is doing exactly that,we did request to move out and even send the 30 days notice they don't want us to move because we requested to move out when our payments were not up to date,they are now telling us about policies that are not even mentioned in the lease agreement of which that is not allowed, the security its not tight and our safety it is being compromised.
