*********** assistance and refusal to refund deposit.

Kindly tell me why is it that I have vacated the unit I was residing in at the end of November 2023 ( Jabulani Mews G09), completed the snag list and all was found to their satisfaction and yet I have been sent from pillar to post in them refunding my deposit. It is 2024 and I keep being told that everything is in order...Yes it is in order I comp****, I seriously need someone to look into this and process my refund....today I spoke to Karabo Molefe who said they will escalate to Ziphora Naidoo...no one knows what they are doing. Please refund my deposit
