Arrogant;Rude;Bad Attitude;Drinking during working

The lady security at Lustre is unprofessional<br> 1) She started a very silly heated argument over a finger print n access cards last week at 1st l tried 2 b calm n explain n ended up getting so angry as she was shouting on top of her voice at me forgetting that she here 2 serve us.<br> 2)She always have frands at her office such that even if u 1 needs her assistance it's as if you are disturbing her.Mom asked her 2 open 4 her she gave key, unfortunately coz of age she 4got 2 give her back the keys....till the following day wen she asked her...mom gave her back the keys n apologised she was also unreasonable n made a big fuss out of it....l belive it was this securities fault if she was fully at work nt playing with her frands she could have picked it up early <br> 3) l am writing this email at 4am l am so angry at her....If it wasn't 4 her l cud b sleeping already<br> 1) She was so drunk around 2 am n argued y l opened 4 the cops<br> 2) She shouted at us n created a scene n accused me of trespassing <br> 3) She had a company of 3 frands at her station <br> I have pictures 2 prove that she was drinking on duty and had frands and voice notes on hw she screams.<br> SPACE Doesn't ALL me TO NARRATE the story full
