Arhico - be very careful

On Friday evening at 4.45 they cut our power with no warning. Their offices close at 4.30. Phoned Customer Care on Sat. They can do nothing until monday. We pay our rent every month and put any available funds to settle the lockdown dept. They tried to pin us to a ridiculous figure and we were open and honest that we could not afford that and did not want to be forced into reckless lending. I dont understand how they can give Protea Meters instructions as they are a third party and it has nothing to do with them. The Tenant Rental agreement act specifies very clearly that they are prohibed from interfering with the supply of basic services. We pay Protea for electricity not afhico.
