appalling serving!!!!!!!

I moved out on the 27th of March from Etude unit 451. I had submitted my notice a month before and handed the relevant forms to the Security guards. Before we moved, we were requested to send an affidavit as it was a joint lease as well as a bank statement; which we did. After some time I enquired and called and was told that the documents were received and all was in order, I even received a confirmation email from them. I was told I should receive my deposit within the next 3 to 14 working days. I then sent them an email reminding them towards the end of the14 days period and they rep**** telling me about the documents that I had already submitted. I have an email from them confirming that. I called again last week Thursday and I was told I should get my deposit on the 20th of April 2021. Yesterday, I called 4 times and asked about it and was told it should reflect on my account yesterday or latest this morning but nothing, I had asked all the consultants I spoke to to put it in writing confirming that transfer would take place but one wanted to assist me. The last consultant I spoke to was Itumenng Tlou and he said he can’t give it to me in writing but his giving me his word, Till this very hour I have not received my deposit. AFHCO is honestly the worst Company to deal with when it comes to meeting the needs of their clients, very disappointing and insulting to our intelligence. I would honestly never recommend anyone to rent in any of their properties
