appalling services received!!!

I feel like creaming to say the least!!! To my discovery three days ago my meter was blocked no notification what so ever!! why is my meter blocked? I have been calling their contact centre since Monday and to date the issue is not resolved! I am disgusted to say the least by the service I have been receiving from this company because my rent is PAID up to date!! I was promised yesterday by Charlene who is said to be manager of the credit control (Mbali) whom never returns calls or emails that the meter will be unblocked yesterday at 3pm? today 01:11 and still same issues? I want to cancel my lease!!!
