Appalling service for refund on deposit

I'm beyond annoyed and frustrated with the service given to me by afhco. I resided in one of their buildings and when I moved out end of May all was in order as per their requirements. I was told my deposit will be refunded within 7day it's been well over 14days now and every time I get called I get a lousy sorry mam there was a delay. I've emailed before about my query and not one person responded to my mail. This service is beyond atrocious.... All I ask is for my refund! For goodness sakes there are companies far more bigger than afhco but they are able to do refunds at the set time they promise... This is ****ing bull****... I will go as far as I need to to get my refund even if it means going to the ombudsman! Sort this **** out
