Appalling service

Afhco doesn't care about their tenants at all we stay at Jabulani lifestyle estate, so we have been having a problem with our dstv connection since two week ago the 20th of May they know about it we have called them countless times they keep telling us that they will send technicians to fix it, they only came on Monday this week but couldn't fix it and promised to come back the next morning but offcasue they never came back till this day, we spoke to the caretaker who also promised to call the office and have someone come and sort out the issue yesterday but again no one pitched. We pay the rent on time every month without fail, we paid our dstv but we can't watch it. We want this matter resolved asap and be compensated for all the days we were not able to watch dstv which we paid for.someone from Afhco better call me today or I will take this matter further I've waisted a lot of money calling you everyday to come fix this mess and honestly we've been patient enough now this is too much.
