appalling service

I m utterly disappointed with disgusting service i have received from afhco in the past 2 months regarding my deposit that I have informed the building caretaker and Afhco 40 days prior. My matter was attended to by Laurine Lavine and I was told that my notice was received late which is a Lie for them to not pay me what is due to me as they have done to other tenants.
