Appalling Customer Services Delivery
I am so disappointed in the appalling service delivered by the Customer Services team at AFHCO. Every time I log my problems with the unit I stay in, no one bothers to come back to me as stipulated in the automatic mail response (24 working hours response time). I have had to call their so called Customer Services Call Centre that always tells me that they will chase this up with the Portfolio Manager and call me back which has never happened. If I don't pay my rent I get kicked out but when I request maintenance to be done, the so called customers service does not deliver. What are they there for?
