Appalling bad services

I am residing at Jabulani Mews Flats in Soweto, been staying here from 2017 till date, we lodged a prepaid meter complaint no response, stove oven not working no response, the oven has rust, sink cupboard has rust, bathtub shower hose is broken, this has reported ages ago till date no response, what is very frustrating is we see maintenance people almost daily in the complex, two months they installed fiber for everyone in the complex as a free benefit excluding us, we asked the caretaker no response, we then requested to at least to install Vuma fiber since it is in the area, the caretaker refused, we have reached out to afcho about the matter, they are always escalating the matter ,,, to whom we do not know
