Annoyed

I moved into my unit and a portion of ceiling seemed a bit old due to a previous water leakages, I filled a maintenance book to have this resolved and months later I’m still waiting then Friday 27 may I came from home to find my apartment flooded due to water dripping from 5th floor into my apartment , coffee table and the ruined and I spoke to the building manager who then told me Afhco will compensate for all the damage as it was not my fault which made me relax a bit then I came to report the issue at the head office only to be told as much as the leak is not my fault I’m liable to fix my own stuff. What kind of service is this and I believe Afhco knows their tenants are majority black and they do as they pleases
