AfhcoBad Service to Tenants

I rent a two bedroom flat at Jeppe post office. Last night I was playing some music at a reasonable volume and chatting with my sister. At some point some walked by the corridor and shouted out that we were making a noise,this person did not come to the door and knock they just shouted from the corridor. After we heard this we decreased the volume and just a minute later the lights were switched off. We then went to the security who was on duty and he gave us attitude saying that we need to speak to France the building manager about the lights. He refused to give us the building managers flat number and we had to ask another tenant. When we got to the building manager he came out with an attitude which is how he always is and tells us that we shouldn't be knocking on his door in a very rude manner. We then told him that our lights had been switched off without any prior warning he then shut the door in our faces. This is very disappointing because he treats us as if we are not paying customers. He is very disrespectful and has no regard for others .He is an absolutely terrible building manager he never assists with anything and is always rude. We were not aware that we were loud and when the person shouted from the corridor we decreased the volume we did not argue or dispute it this is why I dont understand why our lights were just switched off like that as if we had protested to decreasing the volume. The service is just appalling especially since we are paying so much money it makes no sense to be treated this way.
