Afhco won’t pay back deposit. Avoid them.

I am sick and tired of calling the afhco office and asking for a refund of my deposit. Every time I call I speak to a different person who tells me my deposit will be paid at the end of the week. It’s been almost a month now. Everyone from their office seems to have no idea what is going on and promises to find out and call me back. But I never receive the call back, instead I’m the one who ends up calling. Afhco is good at receiving money from tenants but they never keep their end of the deal when it comes to paying back the deposit. I’m very frustrated and unhappy with their service. I will never advise anybody to enter into a lease agreement with them. Avoid Afhco at all costs. Rather go with cosmopolitan. You will never experience such nonsense.
