We moved from a complex that they are currently looking after, we have been waiting for our refund on our deposit for over 14 working days every time you send them an email they either don’t respond or they send you a one sentence reply so my husband called them and they advised that we can expect a refund of R4500 in the next week, that week passed so we called to follow up and got told that we are not getting a refund because now we owe them money which is bull****! We left that unit the same way that we got it! For them to first tell us that they going to refund us R4500 and then come with a different story after is just *********, they clearly do not know how to run a business! I would not recommend anyone to rent a place that is run by Afhco !

Our records indicate that upon moving out, there were painting of the unit to be done and the damages to the door, hence the outstanding R/M charges.
