Afhco ****s.

My name is Muwanu Mlotshwa and I reside at Etude 132 managed by Afhco for rentals. I recently bought a unit in the same complex and served a 30 day notice . My unit is ready for me to move into but Afhco is refusing to give me my keys into the new place even though it is ready for occupation. I have called Afhco countless times but they either never answer or when they do they transfer me from one consultant to the other. When I send emails they keep telling me that they are treating my complaint as a priority but they never come back to me. I am still stuck in my old flat and I don’t know what to do. It seems as if this is what they do to try and force people to pay another month’s rent. Or they want to keep my deposit by force. This is unprofessional and I have been forced to escalate this to my lawyers. I am tired of waiting and I will drop the names of every unprofessional consultant I communicated with. Afhco are not professional at all.
