AFHCO threatening me with legal action, I don't even know who they are.

I received an SMS on Thursday from Saya Recoveries Debt collectors who say they represent AFHCO Property Management, and I owe them money for a Johannesburg property that they claim I lived in last year. Up until Thursday, I'd never even heard of AFHCO, and I don't know who lives/lived in their property, but it's not me, and now they're threatening me with legal action.

Update: I called them numerous times, eventually, they gave me an email address and asked me to send my complaint there. It's been 3 weeks and they still haven't responded
