Afhco stole my money

Have been waiting for over two months to get a refund that was initially told would be paid in a week’s time, I have been following up daily for the past two months and it has gotten to the point where I am being ignored and nobody is taking me seriously, this company is in the business of *****ing from its clients and does not give people the service they deserve for the money they pay. Pieter Uys has been ignoring my emails for weeks now, it is very frustrating to deal with such people honestly.
