AFHCO south hills lifestyle estate
The worst property management company. I was staying at south hills lifestyle estate in south hills. Rental was in good standing, I moved out end of October 2023. The flat was in the same condition I received in, I never got my deposit + interest refunded. Instead they qouted me for natural wear and tear of the building structure. The building itself was not built up to standard,there is poor ventilation in the flats.
