Afhco service is horrible

I am disgusted by Afhco customer service and will not recommend it to anyone. Their service is way below standard. I live at Hayani and I have been here for almost 4yrs now. It was well maintained then but now they no longer care. We have been reporting toilet blockage for months and it will be fixed and 2-3 days later it starts again. I once find the whole house flooded with **** because the toilet was spilling. I had to clean all the **** and had to throw some of my items because they were damaged. The head office when you call they will keep saying we have send someone and nothing happens. I am always paying my rent in time and never bother them but their service is disgusting. Our toilets are not working now and then you must keep on flushing so that poo from other units can go. First thing in the morning when you wake up you must flush and wash the toilet because they will be poo even on the seat .It stinks all the time, Its like we are living in the streets yet we are paying our rents in full but no service. I spoke to 5 consultantsThabo( Building manager) Itu, Thando, Tebatso all kept saying we have spoke to the area manager they are coming. I spoke to the area manager Taballo and he said the same but nothing happened. So we are just paying for services that are not rendered. I cannot wait to leave and I will make sure I tell everyone I know on all social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) to never ever consider renting at Afhco cos they don't know what a customer means
