AFHCO: Rip-Off Artists and Unprofessional ****mers

I am extremely disappointed with AFHCO property management at 252 Montrose Avenue, Northgate. When I moved out, I left the apartment in pristine condition, nearly identical to when I first moved in. Despite this, I only received R2600 of my over R6000 deposit with no explanations, and it took 21 days after handing over my keys to get it. This level of unprofessionalism and unreliability is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with AFHCO.
