Afhco property... Ridiculous
This company rips people off. They lie about rent and once you move in they increase rent to a ridiculously high amount every month. When you enquire they tell you that the bill includes tax...where on earth has anyone heard of such craziness? Since when do tenants pay for the property company's tax? What does that even have to do with us? The law needs to seriously start looking into this company. This is day light *******.

We charge all our customers per agreed lease agreement as signed by you:
1. Your fixed monthly rental as per your lease agreement when you move in and charged in advance. The rent only increases after 12 months.
2. The tenant also pays all amounts billed to the Landlord i.e electricity (Pre- paid), Water, Sewer, Refuse and rates) including any annual increases by the municipality.
3. Electricity and Water is billed two months in arrears.
There is no way your rental can be increased every month as this is not allowed legally.
Please send your building and unit number to our customer services email so we are able to explain and assist you urgently.
