I canceled lease in January 2023 however the company is continuing to process the debit order. I received a negative rental rating when debit order was returned. The security is not up to standard as the security gate motor is not working and anyone can enter as there is no staff monitoring the gate. Some items in unit went missing and there was limited record of who entered the storage facility.
