I app**** for unit in 6th floor and I was approved, I was suppose to move in on the first but moved in on the 3rd February (for my own reasons), upon my arrival, the unit I app**** for had a tenant and the tenant was not moving out. Building manager helped me to move to a 2nd floor unit which was smaller than the one at 6th floor but I liked the 2nd floor unit and decided that I will now stay there and because my luggages were packed at 2nd floor unit.

As if this was not enough, I paid my rental on time in March and now in April but I have been receiving sms saying I am owing the rental and my credit score is in danger.

I called the company and the agent who assisted me but none of them helped me, my lease is still for 6th floor unit for two months and no one is taking responsibility between the agent and the credit control of the company.

I have had enough of this conduct and if there's someone thinking of moving there, they must do so with the informed decision.

Afhco only cares about money, they don't do their job deligently. Even after I told them that I will lodge a complain, they ignored my calls and emails, that's how much they don't care.
