Afhco Property Management Real Estate, Is the worst

This company is taking us for a fool after the amount of money we pay and then they think that we are slamming it. The amount we pay is to the value of a bond towards having ones own home and yard. This people think that we are fools. As right now I am staying in one of they properties in Soweto and I have not even completed, 4 months of my stay there and already I'm ready to leave. The service we have received after this I would not recommend anyone I know to apply for any stay in anyone of they properties. All this anger is due to the plumbing issue that has been going on for 2 weeks now from the flat above that has a water leak and that is not attended to till now. The leak has gotten so bad that it has reached the electrical connections, where as when you turn on the kitchen light the main switch trips and how we found that out my son was shocked by that switch, it is now a health and safety issue that I am facing as I have two kids that I stay with who can get shocked while I am not looking. Why must we pay R 4 400 plus for the fly by night service that we receive. An Angry Mother...
