AFHCO property management is USELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL

I have never in my entire life experienced such ********** service from a so called 'Property manager/Property developer' these people don't understand what customer service means. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from building managed by this 'company' if you value your piece of mind. I've been staying in an apartment without electricity for 4 days with my 11month old baby in these cold and windy conditions. They have blocked my meter number because I refused to pay for a 'replaced door knob' which did not get fixed/exchanged but was billed on my statement. Mind you, rental has been paid the outstanding amount is the 'phantom door knob which has been fixed'. I am beyond angry, I am infuriated. These people are disgusting, calling their customer service will just lead to having wasted R100 airtime on useless consultants who keep on sending you from pillar to post. This is my 12th month and I still haven't received my contract/lease.. After lots and lots of phone calls to the useless customer service. STAY AWAY FROM AFHCO
