Afhco Property Management in Quagga Estate is a ****MER

Good day. Afhco or Indlu property management is a *****ster company that only aim at collecting money without rendering service. I have been with them for a year renting their apartment. 1st of all they let flats which are not 100% functional or have pending issues like plumbing or stove problem.

Secondly, they don`t communicate to their tenants, for example, Wifi contractor came and drill the wall installing fibre cables without my knowledge and entered my apartment without my approval claiming that they spoke to me which was a lie and I chased them away before they could finish their job. On 06 March they sent a letter that they have activated wifi and will add R120 to my rental amount which i never subscribed to but they are forcing it on me. Consumer Act doesn`t give the property management to impose contract I did not subscribe to.

Thirdly, the housekeeping is untidy, security gates are mostly non functional which pose risk to me as a tenant. On February the management sent communication that if my neighbor has sewer blockage or plumbing related unblocking charges will be imposed on me and no communication prior was done.

With the above mentioned renting under their property is a living hell.
