We were asked to send our documents to check if we qualify, When it was time for us to be given access we were told that there was issues with the room, then the agent proceeded to offer us a room on a month to month while he was trying to secure us a room to lease. In the middle of the month my brother lost his job due to Corona virus restrictions that were implemented by the State last year in April and since the agreement between us and the agent was on a month to month we decided to use the deposit money for storage since we didn't have transport to take our belongings home which is on the other province, All this information was clearly communicated via WhatsApp since that was the line of communication we had with the agent and the agreement was done verbally over the WhatsApp messenger. We then proceed to go to the building in August and to our suprise our belongings where not taken to storage and we were told that we owe the flat and that we have signed a lease for a year which to this day we haven't been shown but we are getting harrassed by Siya recoveries for money on a daily basis
