Afhco pathetic horrible and worst service ever!

The absolute worst worst worst! Plumbing issues, stove issues ,****roach infested buildings, the extremely pathetically useless building manager Lawrence modanalo, Ayanda the **** at their customer service! This shanty ass apartment was not functional up until now all the stuff complained about still not fixed. Quick to accept money but when they have to do their jobs is another story! I sent them a mail 10/03/2025 where they didn’t do their job and did not send me cancel of notice until after I followed up myself and still they claim not receiving it! It’s the 9/04/25 and no comms from them at all! DO NOT EVER RENT FROM AFHCO EVER!!ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
