Afhco Not Taking Responsibility

I stay at Jeppe Post office unit 102 and for months now we have been complaining about a leaking window in one of the bedrooms. Every time it rains the room is flooded with water because of this window but still nothing is done about it. The care taker and building manager are both aware. Yesterday the room was completely filled with water and when we told the care taker he said there was nothing they could do. This is frustrating because we pay rent so that they can fix such problems and the worst part is this has been going on for months but no one is doing anything to fix this. Afhco is not taking us seriously after we pay such expensive rent. According to forecasts this is going to be a rainy week how do they expect us to survive. I am very frustrated.
