Afhco newgate electricity crisis

I stay at newgate building in.jeppe street.unit 333. We have been without electricity for the past two days. According to afhco.there is a municipal issue which is the cause of the entire building having no electricity...this I.found to be untrue. I phoned city power who informed me that they cut off electricity to the building because afhco.owes them money for unpaid electricity fees. Now this is afhcos fault which has a negative impact on.us the tenants. Most of our food has rot especially in.this heat here in joburg. We are staying in.the dark and cant cook. I am personally tired of having to buy takeaways while my meat has rot in the fridge. As a professional I am expected to look presentable at work bt I have to go to work with un ironed shirts and pants. I am really disgusted at this poor treatment towards myself and the other tenants by afhco. I pay my rent fully and timeously bt this is the service I get. I want to be compensated for my losses as well as for the inconvenience I have suffered.
