Afhco lacks accountability. ******
I moved out at the end of July due to financial constraints. The finance department credited my deposit to reduce the debt. Two months later my debt has gone up here's why.
I complained about leakings (view my previous reviews for proof).. The leakings had discoloured the walls of which I sent to Tlokosi to show the damage that took place. (thank God I still have them for legalities)
Afhco now wants me to pay for damages caused by them.
Why wasn't the checklist done in front of me because I gave them a notice way ahead?

26 Oct 2020, 11:28Yes, we are aware of your previous issues which were attended to and the charges are not related.
Please note that the current charges are as a result of multiple holes drilled on the walls, this led to fixing the walls and repainting.
Should you need any further assistance do not hesitate to contact us from our customer services email address.

27 Oct 2020, 06:55The report I got from the lady said the wall was discoloured. So drilling the wall causes discolouring? And why was the checklist done in my absentia? because clearly these charges are exorbitant
One last thing. If the walls were damaged (by you) and you're charging me for the repainting of the holes, how did the painter know how to separate your damage and the holes since you guys are aware? 6 holes cost R3000
Afhco please publicly post the invoice of that painter.. The damage from the leak is why this amount is ridiculous. Angeke mina ngibhadale lemali nijwayela
