Afhco is very unprofessional and ****s

I moved out of The Falls 2 unit 53 block 6 on the 31st of August and submitted my banking details on the 21st of August 2024 for the repayment of my deposit. According to the lease contract,one can receive their deposit back after 7 working days not 14. I called on the 9th of September and spoke to Ayanda Masuku who said she has received my bank details and that she will start the process. I resubmitted the document. I called again on the 19th September to ask about my deposit. I spoke to Ayanda Masuku again...and said it will take a whole month. This is nonsense because they keep changing the days. I'm very unhappy about this as a result I'm escalating it to my legal team. I'm disappointed and furious. Afhco treats people like shift.
