AFHCO IS THEE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM JABULANI HEIGHTS
Afhco will promise you heaven when you view and give you hell. That's how I can just describe my stay here. Last week I wrote a review here and again Tlokotsi did what he does best, makes empty promises. Another lady also called asking what the matter was and I explained.. Guess what? The bathroom ceiling is now leaking from new spots.. An I pay Afhco to actually work for them because every morning I have to wipe the floor. They claimed to have fixed the problem but as I type this on the 3rd of August 2019 06:52 there's water in the bathroom from the ceiling. When they want rent they'll do anything but when you ask for help they turn their back.

My apartment is F307 at Jabulani Lifestyle Estate. Go through your records and check if I didn't complain a hundred times about the same thing.
