Afhco is the worst ****

I paid Afhco rent and deposit plus the extra fees they charge and when they were supposed to refund me back my monies they gave me R630 out of R3 750. They claimed that the rest of the money was used to repaint a unit which I had vacated 3 months prior and someone had already moved into it. There was no one to check when I moved out. The building manager never checked anything with me or asked me to sign the checklist to move out. For all I know these charges were made up. The building manager had even lost my termination notice when I first gave it to him at the beginning of May. I had to give him a second notice while somebody had already moved into the unit I had vacated. Afhco is a **** and I want my full refund. There is no repainting that costs more than R 3000
