AFHCO is so horrible

I am staying at N12 Jabulani Mews Flats, I have now received 3 statements this month with different amounts saying I am owing AFCHO , I am not owing AFCHO anything. My credit score has been affected because they say I am owing them. They will switch off your electricity and send people to lock the flats without even double checking if you really owing them. if you have an infant or child they don't care they will lock you outside if you have a place to stay or not they don't care.
