I’m really not happy with afhco I’m a resident at afhco I reside at jabulani mews.last month I short payed my statement with 8cent the Mbalenhle kekana from afhco sent me a letter of demand threatening to list me And kick me out .i paid R20,10 .yesterday I received my statement it’s not the money we agreed upon that’s on my statement I was told and I signed to pay R4250 if it goes up it will be R4280 my statement has an amount of R4321,91 which I don’t even see my change of R 19,92 of that 20rands I paid Last month ,nobody came to do maintenance when we started staying here yet they charging me so much money.the care taker is worse doesn’t care you can call him ten times he won’t even bother to come
