Afhco is mum on my Deposit

Hi I'm still waitjng for my deposit. I have been with the company for over 6 years and I'm so disappointed with the manner you treat you tenants. You are so quick to issue letters of demand and to even disconnect electricity when they can't pay rent on time due to a number of issues but you are supposed to pay back what is due it take time. My unit 405 (Queens court), I moved out on the month end of July. I called the manager and he promised that my deposit will be paid this week (i.e second week) as your staff is too busy with paperwork. The cancellation form and stamped bank statements were submited on time. This is the second week I haven't heard from you, no email, no sms nothing. That is unprofessional and *********. I expect a full my deposit including the interest accumulated thereon in the last 6 years I have been with the company.
