Afhco is bad bad + their rude employees. Stay away.

I have been a tenant at Calderwood in Benoni from March 2018 to November 2024. I am being charged and harassed for a bathtub that was damaged prior to my tenancy. I have sent proof from the previous landlord at Calderwood(before AFHCO) acknowledging this damage. Instead of addressing this evidence, I have been met with rude and unprofessional responses from AFHCO employees. Furthermore, AFHCO did not conduct their own inspection upon taking over the property. Had they done so, this matter would not be in dispute, as the existing damage would have been documented independently. AFHCO is refusing to enquire into or further investigate this dispute but demanding that I pay up and threatened me with credit bureaus.
