AFHCO IS A ****

I moved in at South Hills Lifestyle Estate in 2019, the counterfeit bathtub that was initially installed in the unit had a crack that later developed into a hole. I reported the issue numerous times in 2019 but the bathtub was only replaced in September 2020. Now AFHCO wants to charge me for the replacement of the bathtub. The portfolio manager is very much aware that the bathtubs that came standard with the units were counterfeit but yet he insists that i pay for the replacement of the bathtub. The arrogance from the portfolio manager is really shocking, the poor service in trying to resolve my query is really shocking too. I will never advice anyone to rent with AFCHO, their maintenance service is pathetic. AFCHO IS A ****!!!
