Afhco is a bunch of *******

Afhco owes me my deposit. I moved out at the end of August and signed with the building manager that there are no damages. Their lease termination form says money will be paid out in 7 business days and 14 business days if there are damages. I’ve been sending follow up emails which have been ignored. I called the customer service (I finally went through) and they tell me my deposit will only be paid after 21 business days because they apparently need to replace a glass. Nowhere on their documentation does it say 21 business days. What’s there is max 14 and that has passed. They now say they want to pay me on Thursday (a public holiday) another tactic to delay paying my money back. Don’t ever rent from Afhco. They are a bunch of ********. If you miss your rent by 2 days they sms you and call constantly but when they have to pay you your deposit back they will give excuses. I want my money.
