They have zero accounting skills. Can’t even take a bulk payment and allocate it to 2 accounts. They allocate it to one account then send you letters of demand on the other. Threats of legal action and not giving you access to your goods. But when you ask them for a full statement history “an accounting term use to request a full account showing all debts and credits” they send you a 2 month statement. They claim that the outstanding debt was for when they took over the accounting roll from another company. But yet can’t provide me with any such supporting documentation.
