AFHCO Deposit Refund

On 01 March 2020 I have moved out of the rental unit owned by AFHCO. They were supposed to pay my deposit within 14 days and they holding it on till today. Have noticed according to the below that they among other things are charging me of the paint that is peeling off from the ceiling in the unit. Logically I cannot understand how I could have made the paint to peel off from the ceiling and I believe I should not pay for their lack of maintance on the building.

On the below, there a lot of thingd they are charging me, while I found them in that state. Can you please compel AFHCO to provide the checklist I have signed when I have moved in, so that we can compare with What they are charging me.

I also request you to compel AFHCO not to deduct any money from my refund until this has been sorted out.
