Afhco

I used to rent a one bedroom flat at Normandie court one of afhco residential,at one point water dripped from the ceiling board,and it dirty the wall,my couch was super wet,I had to throw it away,I reported the issue to the building manager,he only informed me the tenant who resides above left the washing machine on,and water is everywhere,he promised to come and paint the flat and he never did,instead I was harrassed,I decided to end the lease as none of the promises afhco kept,my partner and I reported this issue but nothing was done,when I left I made sure I was owing rentals,now I'm being harrassed by Saya attorneys, apparently I'm owing Afhco,imagine,if I ask how come am I owing them,they never respond,I sent numerous emails,and phonecalls,but never get any assistance, Afhco is horrible and have empty promises,I would warn people to leave that place ,even you consider staying in their residence,run while you can,they even threaten to take my name to credit bureau,and I don't owe them, I regret the day I signed that lease I wouldn't even recommend even my enemy to stay on their residence,their call centre is useless,and never respond to emails
