AFHCO ******

Good day I have been a tenant of afhco since 2019 Stuttafords flat unit 613. when we moved in a checklist was made by the building manager for the maintainenence because most of the things in the building were broken and the walls were dirty so they had to fix all the things at the checklist plus paint the wall. They fixed all those things in 2020.The company is supposed to maintain their building not the other way around. In 2021 we recieved a letter informing us that we owe afhco some certain amount for maintainence which was supposed to be free hence the checklist was made. we enquired why we should pay that amount they saying we owe them but still today we haven't recieved any information why we liable to pay for their maintainence because everything that was done for maintainence was on the checklist. its been over 5 months calling in for them to fix this issue but they can't fix it because the checklist has disappeared, since the checklist has disappeared am now liable to pay that amount for maintaining their building which is something I will never do because they are liable for maintaining their building not the other way around. We recieved letters of demand but they don't have proof why i should be liable to pay that. we have recorded calls for every enquiry we made regarding that. They always send people to come and switch of our electricity while the query is still ongoing, They don't even have the guts to call us. Whenever we call to query about this we being told they still investigating for the past 5 months. our rent is paid every month in full .Since they don't have the checklist they should be liable to maintain their building because we know for a fact the checklist has everything written on it for maintainence by the previous building manager now we forced to pay for maintainence of their unit which was ****ed up from the toilet, kitchen& bedroom plus the walls were dirty
