I NEED MY MONEY BACK. Today is 15 days later when I was told my money will come in 14 days time. It was a joint agreement, I get that. But the lady I lived with went back home and I’ve lost contact. I’ve lived there alone for two years, paying with no issue. I have made them aware that the second person is no where to be found for us to cancel and get our cash deposit back. The form to sign in order for us to cancel only needed one persons information. I’ve signed everything I needed to sign and submitted it on time. They have taken the keys back and all is well but when it’s time to pay me back I’m told they need the second person to sign. WHERE IS SHE??? Tell me if you know so I can go fetch her so she can sign. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. They were okay with getting their monthly payment from just me, but now when they have to pay back just me, it’s an issue????? I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!
