AFHCO charges me even when I left it.
AFHCO takes more than 14 working days to reconcile my account. They then penalize and charge me plus R1500 for submitting contract termination late. They charged me another plus R3000 that I don't even know that they said I owe them. They then paid R1,173 to my account. When I thought it's done they took me to debt collector saying I owe them.

06 Sept 2019, 15:34If I owed AFHCO why did you guys pay my remaining deposit because the law according to rental tribunal says the deposit of the tenant will be paid only when monies of damages have been deducted but mine was paid and later I was told that I owe you guy? Why do I get that I owe you guys just after 2 months of vacating your property? This feels well like a ******* and you taking advantage of handing us to Saya? why if I owed you guys no one contacted me but recovery company?

06 Sept 2019, 16:12You haven't answered my question of why my deposit was paid? and why when I left no one called and told me all that because I even went to your offices 3 weeks conservatively aftr moving out.
1. Why was my deposit paid? NB! It took a month for it to be paid.
2. Why there was no one who contacted me that I owe you guy for damages?
3. Did i sign nor acknowledge the damages upon leaving? What if you say I damaged while I did not?
4. Just because you have power will my info you just hand it to recoveries without my acknowledgement?
