I emailed them last week to hear how the refund of the property will work no response I emailed again 2 days later still no response , today is day 7 and as per the property manager I was told it would only take 7 days as my place was neat and clean and it had nothing that needed repairs , so today I called them the lady was so arrogant and told me I had to wait another 7 days for my deposit and they will get back to me , that was early this morning I still haven't heard anything, we need this money to pay for our next deposit and they simply just dont care, they never waited a day after the 25 of each month to receive my rent in full, why must I then wait this long ? Any excuse to keep your money longer so that they can earn the interest on it and not pay you the interest they earned on your money, horrible horrible horrible
